MBA with specializations in Finance, Financial Analysis, and Financial Planning and BBA in Finance

MBA in Finance: Excel in Finance: Excelling in the complex field of corporate finance requires highly specialized knowledge in financial planning and control, financial analyses, foreign exchange risk management, capital budgeting and fund positioning. This degree program will develop your strategic management skills and fully prepare you for success in both the national and international financial arenas. Enhancing our exceptional MBA core curriculum, this specialization also covers investment management, portfolio construction, banking, and financial decision-making.  Graduates from this program are eligible for the Master Financial Professional MFP™ credentials.

MBA in Financial Analysis: Financial analysis refers to an assessment of the financial health of a business or project.   It is performed by analyzing ratios that make use of information taken from financial statements and other reports.  The role of a financial analyst is to use spreadsheets and financial ratios to analyze account activity and highlight strengths and weaknesses of a business.  Graduates from this program are eligible for the Chartered Market Analyst CMA™ credentials.

MBA in Financial Planning: Financial planning refers to the process of managing personal finance for individuals and families.  It covers personal budgets, income and expenses, personal taxation, insurance, real estate, investments, estate planning and retirement planning.  The role of a financial planner is to evaluate one’s financial condition, objectives, constraints and obligations with both short-term and long-term perspectives.  The financial plan must be flexible and prepared for the sole benefit of the client and heirs.  Ethics are paramount in the field of financial planning.  Graduates from this program are eligible for the Chartered Asset Manager CAM™ or the Chartered Wealth Manager CWM™ credentials.

BBA in Finance: This specialization will provide you with a working knowledge of managerial finance as you learn to use such techniques as planning and forecasting to evaluate and improve on an organization’s financial performance.  In addition to developing a fundamental understanding of business, ethics and leadership, you will study the links between financial theory, public policy and corporate strategy.  Graduates from this program are eligible for the Master Financial Professional MFP™ credentials.
